Returns and Refund Policy for Contract Manufactured Parts & Services

Thank you for choosing our REM Electronics Supply Company, Inc. for your parts. We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. This Returns and Refund Policy explains our process for handling returns and refunds related to the parts we manufacture. Please read this policy carefully.

  1. Returns

1.1 Defective or Non-Conforming Parts: If you receive parts that are defective or do not conform to the agreed-upon specifications, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt. We will work with you to investigate the issue and, if confirmed, facilitate the return of the defective parts. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned parts, we will either replace the defective parts or provide a refund, as mutually agreed upon.

1.2 Incorrectly Shipped Parts: In the event that you receive parts that were incorrectly shipped, please inform us within 7 business days of receipt. We will coordinate the return of the incorrect parts and arrange for the shipment of the correct parts. We will cover any additional shipping costs incurred due to our error.

1.3 Return Authorization: Prior to returning any parts, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our customer service team. This RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Returns without a valid RA number may not be accepted.

1.4 Return Shipping: Unless otherwise agreed upon, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the parts. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  1. Refunds

2.1 Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved for returned parts, we will initiate the refund within [number of days] days after receiving and inspecting the returned parts. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.2 Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, depending on the condition of the returned parts. We will assess the extent of any damage or non-conformity and determine an appropriate partial refund amount if applicable.

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Parts that have been modified, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Parts that were ordered incorrectly due to customer error or change in requirements.
  • Parts that have been used, installed, or incorporated into a final product.
